Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with this Return Policy.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pawtastichoodies.com. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered processing or shipping.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
Returns will not be accepted for:

Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Gift cards.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Incorrect Size Ordered
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. Please consult our size guide carefully before purchasing.
If you order the wrong size, you may return the item in accordance with this Return Policy. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return the original item in accordance with this Return Policy and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day period by contacting us at info@pawtastichoodies.com.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider.
